Bee's Fabulous Moment is a grant to create joyful experiences for domestic violence survivors and their children. If you would like to request a Bee's Fabulous Moment, please complete the form below.

Bee Fabulous Moments Guidelines
 

Please read the form carefully and complete all requested information in order to be considered for a Bee Fabulous Moment.

You must be a woman or child that have been impacted by domestic violence to be considered for a Bee Fabulous Moment. This includes children of deceased parent(s) due to domestic violence. 
 

This information must be verified by an approved Domestic Violence Agency or for children of deceased parent(s) due to domestic violence, other verification will be required.

Incomplete applications will not be processed.


We Cannot Honor the Following Requests:
 

  • Cash

  • Transportation Rentals

  • Travel outside the United States

  • Legal Assistance

  • Reimbursements

  • Any request deemed offensive, inappropriate or inconsistent with Bee Fabulous Moments values and Bylaws.
